Cloud vellum paper

Simply
lay the vellum on a flat surface, then take the ink pad
and 'wipe it' over the surface of the paper.
Press firmly keeping even pressure, then repeat over the
rest of the paper.

Allow
to dry and you've got fantastic shimmering background or punching
paper.
