Step 1.

Take a piece of handmade paper cut to shape.
Lightly wet the edges with water.

Step 2.

Then using your thumb and forefinger gently pull the edges to fray. Like so...

Step 3.

Do the same with another piece of paper.
Then using double sided tape mount on a card.

Add a bead and a greeting message if you like, and that's it.
