Step 1.

Take a piece of fabric and cut to required shape.

Step 2.

Now fray the edges by pulling the individual strands.

Step 3.

Using PVA adhesive dab small dots of glue for the baubles.

Step 4.

Sprinkle with Sparkz or Powderz glitters.

Step 5.

Shake of the excess glitter.

Step 6.

Using a glue stick mount your design or the card blank.
